PAYMENT METHOD
Personal Check or Money Order in advance.Visa/MC via telephone orders only.

SALES TAX
Appropriate sales tax charges will be added to all Ohio
customers, unless you are purchasing for a business and send a
Resale License number with your order. Non-Ohio customers will
not be charged sales tax.

LEAD TIME
Please allow ten business days from receipt of your payment for
completion and shipment.

$30.01 - $50.00 - $7.25
$50.01 - $75.00 - $8.25
$75.01 - $100.00 - $9.25
$100.01 - $150.00 - $10.25
Over $150.01 - $11.25

Priority USPS or U.P.S. shipping costs will be added to your order, based on the weight of the package, your shipping zone, and any requested
rush service.

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with any of our products, notify us by e-mail
with an explanation of why you would like to return the product.

Credit is subject to evaluation and approval of the
returned material by NaturesProducts.com. Unless we are at
fault in filling the order, returned merchandise is subject to a 15%
restocking fee and freight charges.
No returns are accepted after 15 days of shipment. All material must
be returned in original packaging and in good condition.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
If you notice that a package has been damaged upon arrival, you may
refuse receipt of order, or sign and note on the delivery bill any
shortages or damages. If you discover that items have been damaged
after the package has been opened, notify us by e-mail immediately.

NON-IRRADATION STATEMENT
We do not irradiate any of our herbs or spices. Furthermore, our
suppliers are required to complete non-irradiation statements, which
we keep on file.

KOSHER STATEMENT
Our herbs and spices have been certified Kosher & Parve by Rabbi M. Londinski. Certificate is available on request from our supplier.
